Spring spleen and dampness soup soup
Materials: 10 grams of Poria cocos, 50 grams of water snake, two jujubes, and one ginger.
Method: Cut the water snake into pieces, wash it, and fly water (boil it with hot water a little) for use.
Then peel Poria cocos and slice it.
Then put all the red dates, ginger slices, water snake segments, and earthy Poria slices into the stew pot, and simmer for 3 hours, and then add salt to taste.
Note: When buying, you should distinguish between “water snake” and “mud snake”. Mud snake skin is darker.
Their appearance is very similar, but the effect of stew soup is very different. The color of water snake soup is clear and sweet.
For soup stew snakes, it is best to choose a couple of small snakes, which are easier to taste.
